第二步 申請(qǐng)展位

聯(lián)系展會(huì)主辦單位提出參展申請(qǐng)確定展位類型及面積，提交參展申請(qǐng)表。

The second step is to apply for a booth. 

Contact the exhibition organizer to submit an exhibition application, determine the type and area of the booth, and submit the exhibition application form.

第三步 簽合同，付費(fèi)用

簽訂參展合同，確定參展展位，支付參展費(fèi)用、設(shè)計(jì)展臺(tái)及準(zhǔn)備展品，策劃展位宣傳推廣。

The third step is to sign the contract.

Pay the fees, sign the exhibition contract, determine the exhibition booth, pay the exhibition fees, design the booth and prepare the exhibits, and plan the booth promotion.

第四步 參展

履行相關(guān)參展服務(wù)項(xiàng)目，做好參展準(zhǔn)備工作按時(shí)履約報(bào)到，成功參展。

The fourth step is to participate in the exhibition.

Fulfill the relevant exhibition service projects, prepare for the exhibition on time, report for duty, and successfully participate in the exhibition.
